DIRECT DEPOSIT, DIRECT GOVERNMENT PAYMENT, ACH TRANSFER
If your employer or the government agency supports Direct Deposit and you wish to utilize this service, fill out Cardholder information section of the Direct Deposit Form. Give the form to your employer or the government agency that will be transferring the funds to your Card Account and they will set up your Direct Deposit. You may deposit all or a partial amount of the funds you normally receive.

MAILING A CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK
Mail a cashier's check, money order or personal check to Cardholder Services. Personal checks are subject to a 2% processing fee. Deposits will post to your account on the day of receipt. Reference your 16-digit card account number on the check or money order.

ACCOUNT-TO-ACCOUNT TRANSFER
You can transfer money into one card account from another, as long as both accounts are Visa Debit Card accounts issued by West Coast Bank.
- Login to your account.
- Select 'View Your Account'.
- Enter your user name and password.
- Follow the prompts to perform an "account-to-account" transfer. Funds will be transferred to the recipient's card immediately.

MONEYGRAM® EXPRESS PAYMENT®
(Available at more than 20,000 nationwide MoneyGram retail locations)
- Call 1-800-MoneyGram to find the agent location nearest you, or www.moneygram.com
- At the MoneyGram location, complete the blue Express Payment form with the following information:
Receive Code: 4479
Company Name: RBA
City: Vancouver
State: Washington
Enter your 16 digit card number under "Account Number"
Enter the amount of cash you want to deposit under "Payment Amount."
- Provide the agent with cash for your deposit. MoneyGram will assess a charge for this service. Keep the reference number that confirms your transaction. Deposits will be posted several times a day.

CHECKING OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT TRANSFER
You can transfer money into your card account from either your checking or savings account.
- Login to your account.
- Select 'View Your Account'.
- Enter your user name and password.
- Select Bank Account Setup. The Transfer account must have same name and address as listed for your card account.
- Once registered you must mail a voided check or copy of savings statement to: Cardholder Services, PO Box 21090, Salem, OR 97307-1090 or fax to: 503-390-1377 for verification before transfer account will be activated. If name and address information on both accounts does not match exactly, the Bank Account Setup will not be approved. Once account is verified, transfers made before 3:00 PM PST will be posted the next business day, transfers after 3:00 PM PST will be posted in two (2) business days. Once registered you may go to this website to make funds transfers from your registered checking or savings account at any time.

Visa® or MasterCard® Credit/Debit Card Transfers (coming soon)
You may also instantly add funds to your card account from another Visa or MC credit/debit card that is in your name. There is a 2% verification fee, plus $1.00 deposit fee.
- Login to your account.
- Select 'View Your Account'.
- Enter your user name and password.
- Select Bankcard Transfer from the left menu.
- Follow the instructions. If you are using a card that is set up with “Verified by Visa” you must shut off any pop-up blockers or you will not be able to complete your transfer. The name and address of your Visa or MasterCard account must match the address on your ethos account.
