This membership is NOT insurance. There are no health restrictions or stacks of paperwork to fill-out. Just present your pharmacy discount network card* to a participating pharmacy, and you'll receive a discount at the time of service. It's that easy.

With ethos, your entire family benefits. Your membership card can be used by all of your legal dependents — or you can order additional cards in their names for a nominal fee.

This discount card program contains a 30 day cancellation period.
This plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. Hospital Discounts NOT available in Maryland. Travel Assist not available to Florida and Washington residents. Pharmacy discounts are Not Insurance, and are Not Intended as a Substitute for Insurance (MT only). Phone-A-Doc not available for use in Tennessee, South Carolina, Idaho and Iowa. Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and the medical or ancillary service received.
